Registration Proceedures
In order to register for a session at the Total Ginga Academy soccer camps you must first download and print out one of our on line registration forms by using the appropriate button above. Keep in mind the form is in Adobe pdf format and that you will need the Adobe Reader software. You can get your free Adobe Reader software by clicking the Adobe Button below.

Once you have the registration form in your possession please fill it out carefully and completely and sign it. Mail it in with your check made out to:

Upon receipt of your completed registration form and your payment of $100 you will receive an email confirmation or in the event you do not have internet access a phone call within one to two weeks.
Although the health and safety of all campers will be of primary concern, each camper must provide his/her own medical insurance information (carrier and policy number) on the camp registration form in the area provided. A medical release is also included on the camp registration form and must be signed by a parent or guardian. Thank you for your attention to these important details. Now let's have some fun!
